📖 How to Use the LCH Outside Package Estimator

Log In

When you open the app you'll be asked for your PIN. Enter it and press Enter to get to the estimator. Contact your manager if you don't have your PIN.

Fill in Job Info

Start on the Job Info tab. Enter the customer name, phone, email, address, county, quote ID, and sales rep. Then fill in the home's dimensions and set height — these drive the skirting and steps calculations automatically.

Check All Scope Items That Apply

In the Active Scope Items section on Job Info, check every box that's part of this job — skirting, steps, carport, screen room, shed, concrete, fees, etc. Only checked items appear in the Summary and Contract.

Fill in Each Scope Tab

Navigate to each checked scope item's tab and enter dimensions and options. All pricing is calculated automatically. Shaded fields show calculated results — do not type into those.

Review the Summary

Click the Summary tab to see the full cost breakdown and sale price. Adjust your margin on Job Info if needed. The contract amount updates automatically.

Save the Estimate to the Customer in GHL

Click 💾 Save Estimate to Customer in the top bar. The app finds the customer in GHL by name, phone, or email, creates an Opportunity in the LeeCorp Homes pipeline, and saves a full restorable copy of the estimate to their contact record.

Preview and Send the Contract

Click 👁 View Contract to preview the contract. When it looks right, click 📄 Save Contract to Customer — this generates a PDF, uploads it to GHL, and adds the link to the customer's notes so you can download it and send for signature.

Load a Saved Estimate

Click 🔍 Find Estimate in the top bar. Search by customer name, phone, or email, then pick the estimate to restore — all fields reload exactly as saved.

Start a New Estimate

Click + New in the top bar and confirm the prompt. All data is cleared and the app returns to Job Info — no page reload, no login screen.

Report a Bug or Suggest an Improvement

Click ❓ in the top bar to open the Help sidebar. Take the app tour, report a bug with guided questions, or suggest an improvement. Feedback is sent via Gmail, Outlook, your email app, or clipboard.
